Our current delivery times Delivery time varies by location. In Singapore it takes 5 to 7 days , which does not include our 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time. What delivery costs Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more . Under $50, the delivery option is EXPRESS DELIVERY at $22 . You can also choose EXPRESS DELIVERY at any order value, including above $50. The amount is shown in your cart before you pay. EXPRESS DELIVERY is the courier's express service, despatched after the same 24 to 48 hour handling time. We do not publish a guaranteed express delivery time. Tracking information You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Where we deliver We ship all over Singapore, including Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Tampines, Woodlands, Jurong East, Yishun, Sengkang, Punggol, Bukit Merah, Toa Payoh, Clementi, Bishan, Hougang, Pasir Ris, Bukit Panjang. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order. 15 days to return a product, and what happens if something arrives faulty. Customer support Email theteam@singaporemagneticscreens.com . We do our very best to answer support emails within 48 hours. Cancelling an order An order can be cancelled until it is shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, contact us within 12 hours. A 12.5% service and processing fee applies on all cancellations. Once packing and shipping have started, an order can no longer be cancelled. Returns Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase, for an exchange or a refund, subject to the conditions below. A non-refundable $55 per order packing and handling fee applies. Custom sized screens cannot be refunded. Items must be shipped back to the warehouse your parcel came from, at your cost. The product must have been bought in the last 15 days, be unopened and in its original packaging, and you need your receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from this website. We cannot accept returns of purchases made from other retailers. Your refund is processed 24 to 48 hours after we receive the returned item. It can be held as credit for a future purchase if you ask, or refunded to the payment method you used. Sale items Items bought on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. Faulty or damaged items If you receive a damaged or faulty product, tell us straight away at theteam@singaporemagneticscreens.com with your order number and a photograph. None of the conditions above apply to a fault: we will repair, replace or refund a faulty item under Singapore law, and no handling fee is charged on it. Your rights under Singapore law Nothing on this page limits your rights as a consumer. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and match their description. Under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, if goods do not conform to your contract when they are delivered, you can ask us to repair or replace them, and where that is not possible or reasonable, for a reduction in price or a refund. A defect that shows up within six months of delivery is presumed to have been there at delivery unless we can show otherwise.
