Magnetic Screens Company is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect and why

We collect what we need to sell you something and deliver it: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. We use it to process and deliver your order, to keep you informed about it, to answer your questions, and to keep the accounting records we are required to keep.

We collect it from you directly, through this website at singaporemagneticscreens.com, by email, and through the payment provider you choose.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

Who we share it with

We share your delivery details with the warehouse and the courier that deliver your order, and only what they need for that. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data. We may disclose it where the law requires us to.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages are useful, and a Google Ads conversion tag to tell which advertisements lead to a sale. Both load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Our cookie policy explains each one.

Keeping it safe

Information you send through this website is encrypted in transit. We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, or as the law requires, and then delete it.

Access and correction

You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email theteam@singaporemagneticscreens.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

If you have a question or a complaint about how we handle your personal data, email theteam@singaporemagneticscreens.com and we will try to put it right. You can also contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.gov.sg.
