Website use
Using this website is conditional on your accepting these terms. By using it you agree to them. Magnetic Screens Company may change these terms at any time, and if you use the website after a change you are agreeing to the version published at that time.
Product availability
If an item you have ordered online is out of stock, we will tell you, and you can ask for a different model, wait for new stock, or ask for a full refund.
Prices and taxes
All prices are in Singapore dollars. No GST is added at checkout. If you ask us to deliver an order outside Singapore, any taxes, duties or charges a government agency imposes on it are yours to pay.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery in Singapore then takes 5 to 7 days. Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more; under that the delivery option is EXPRESS DELIVERY at $22, which you can also choose at any order value. The delivery charge is shown in your cart before you pay. Full details are on our shipping and delivery page.

The information on this website is provided in good faith. We do not promise that it is complete or free of error, and we are not responsible for errors in or omissions from it, except where the law says otherwise.
Product disclaimer
Our products are DIY insect screens, door curtains, swatters and screen parts for domestic and commercial use. A mesh screen is not a security product and not a barrier for a child or a pet. Please check that the size you order suits your window or doorway, and follow the fitting guidance that comes with the product.
Your indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if they are caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.
Limits on our liability
We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods it relates to.

Your rights under Singapore law
Nothing on this page limits your rights as a consumer. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and match their description.
Under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, if goods do not conform to your contract when they are delivered, you can ask us to repair or replace them, and where that is not possible or reasonable, for a reduction in price or a refund. A defect that shows up within six months of delivery is presumed to have been there at delivery unless we can show otherwise.
Singapore law does not give a general cooling-off period for online purchases. The return window on our refunds and returns page is our own policy, offered in addition to these rights.
